Custos has not only provided us with 24×7 support on our existing Zabbix installation, but has boosted the capacity of it. With proactivity they have made us grow, and improve to have an automated control of the status of our networks and services. We chose Zabbix because of its scalability, flexibility and the possibility to deploy all components as containers, which is in line with our global deployment strategy. The fact that Zabbix is open source and has a very active community which continuously provides new templates and integrations for Zabbix was a main factor for our decision making.
